warm wax drifts down through the dark. it wobbles, swells, and melts into itself. you're a small blob of hot wax, and all you have to do is not touch any of it.

there are no levels and no lives. just drift for as long as you can while the lamp slowly gets busier, the colours shift, and a lazy trip-hop beat plays underneath.

### how to play

**on a phone**

- drag anywhere to drift. you move with your finger, so it never covers you

- double tap to push nearby wax away

**on a computer**

- W A S D or the arrow keys to drift

- space to push

- M to mute

you hold three pushes. they come back slowly, and the last one takes the longest, so save one for when you're boxed in.

- your score is how many seconds you drift for

- the music and visuals are all generated live in your browser. no samples, no video
